What isn't included

Clear boundaries are part of safe support.

Support is provided only where it can be delivered safely, competently and within the agreed scope. These services do not include clinical care, restrictive practices or medication administration.

If you need specialised or clinical support, say so in your first conversation. We'll tell you clearly whether we can provide the support and won't accept work outside our competence.
