NDIS support worker jobs on Sydney’s North Shore

We're looking for experienced casual disability support workers who can step straight in and make a difference from day one. Flexible shifts, including weekends, with regular clients close to home.

The role

Casual NDIS support worker

You'll help NDIS participants with everyday routines, getting out into the community and keeping on top of things at home.

Support happens in people's homes and around their local area. As a small provider, Shore Support works with regular clients, so you get to know the people you support and their routines rather than meeting someone new every shift.

Pay is under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Award.

What you'll need

Requirements

  • Recent paid experience in disability support, aged care or personal care
  • Full Australian work rights: citizen, permanent resident or a visa with unrestricted work rights
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to apply for one
  • Current first aid and CPR
  • A Working With Children Check
  • A current CV, uploaded with your application
  • Car and driver's licence desirable but not essential
