About Shore Support

Small enough for support to stay personal.

Shore Support is a locally operated disability support service for participants across Sydney’s Upper and Lower North Shore.

A direct relationship

Know what to expect.

Shore Support was built around a simple idea: support works better when communication is direct, expectations are clear and the person helping you understands your routines.

As a small provider, Shore Support can offer a more personal working relationship than a large rotating workforce. You can ask questions directly, discuss what is and is not working, and decide whether the fit feels right before committing.

Support only begins after the scope, schedule, rates, travel and cancellation terms have been discussed and recorded in a written service agreement.

Consistency

Reliable routines and fewer unnecessary handovers.

Respect

Your preferences, privacy and right to make decisions come first.

Clarity

Plain-language communication, agreed boundaries and transparent pricing.

Responsiveness

A direct way to raise questions, give feedback or change course.

Professional safeguards

Safe support starts with clear standards.

  • Written scope, pricing and cancellation terms before services begin
  • Support only within agreed competence and scope
  • NDIS Code of Conduct obligations

A straightforward first step
