We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, providing flexible support that fits around your life — not the other way around.

All Shore Support services are priced within the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025–26. Whether your plan is plan-managed or self-managed — we handle the paperwork and billing so you don't have to.

Common questions answered

Do I need to be registered with the NDIS to use your services?
Yes — you need an active NDIS plan to access our services under NDIS funding. If you're unsure whether you're eligible or how to apply, our team can point you in the right direction.
We're plan-managed. Can you work with us?
Absolutely. We work with both plan-managed and self-managed participants. Just let us know how your plan is managed when you get in touch and we'll take care of the rest.
Will my NDIS plan cover the cost of your services?
In most cases, yes. Our services are claimable under Core Supports in your NDIS plan — including Assistance with Daily Life (01), Social and Community Participation (04), and Transport (02). We price all services within the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025–26, so you will never be charged above your plan's limits.
How do I know your workers are safe and qualified?
Every Shore Support worker holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working With Children Check. All workers undergo reference checks and an induction covering the NDIS Code of Conduct before commencing any support.
What if I'm not happy with my support worker?
Your comfort and trust are our priority. If the match isn't working, simply contact us and we'll arrange a new worker at no extra cost. We want you to feel completely comfortable with the person supporting you.
How quickly can support start?
In most cases we can begin support within 1–2 weeks of your initial consultation, depending on the type of support and your schedule. We'll always confirm a start date before finalising your Service Agreement.
Do you provide services on weekends and public holidays?
Yes, we offer support 7 days a week including public holidays. Weekend and public holiday rates apply in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We'll always be upfront about applicable rates in your Service Agreement before any support starts.
